The Su-34 Fullback is an attack plane that entered into service in March 2014. It is an extensive rework of the Su-27K naval variant (which became the Su-33 Sea Flanker). It is a twin-seat, all-weather supersonic medium-range fighter-bomber/strike aircraft designed primarily for tactical deployment against ground and naval targets.

Special Ability
The Su-34 Fullback has a special ability called 
Damage Control. With this ability, the Su-34 Fullback can engage in combat with reduced concern for sustaining significant damage, enabling it to inflict greater harm in close-quarters engagements. This enhances its effectiveness as an attack aircraft.
Veteran tips
The Su-34 Fullback is a well-balanced aircraft. It shares similar or identical statistics with the aircraft in the Flanker family. It performs very similarly to a heavy fighter. Its afterburner has an impressive 18 seconds of burn time, and the speed to be one of the few attack aircraft that have an advantage in Air Superiority. The Su-34 Fullback’s powerful engines are an advantage but also come with some drawbacks. The advantage is the engines are responsive and the aircraft has speeds comparable to heavy fighters. The drawback is the engines’ power makes it more difficult to maneuver. The Su-34 Fullback has a very narrow and slow ideal turning speed. Within ideal turning speed, the large airframe feels nimble. If the pilot fires the afterburners too long, the aircraft will quickly speed above the ideal turning speed and maneuverability will suffer greatly. The Su-34 Fullback's armor plating trait provides protection from opponents' cannon fire. It is a very durable plane capable of surviving multiple direct hits from an opponent. The cannon has zero spin-up time offering immediate fire, longer range, great accuracy, medium armor piercing rounds for more damage, and an impressive 9.8 seconds of sustained fire before it overheats. The Su-34 Fullback has the highest quantity of rockets of any currently available aircraft. The rockets are fast to fire, have higher damage than most attack aircraft, and have great accuracy. The cannon and rocket reticle distances are nearly matched. In the hands of a skilled pilot, the cannon aim assist can be used to direct the rocket fire if both weapons are fired simultaneously.
With Su-34 Fullback's large loadout of rockets, a long-lasting cannon in the loadout, and the ability to regenerate durability by triggering its damage control special ability, a pilot can stay in the fight longer without needing to find a re-arm or health ring. A skilled pilot will forgo re-arm and health rings and instead concentrate on expending all weapons and maximizing damage to opponents. The short range, heat-seeking missiles are unremarkable. In summary, the Su-34 Fullback is a great performer in close range dog fights and has the speed to be an advantage in Air Superiority.
Trivia
In-game the Su-34 Fullback appears to be equipped with four Molniay R-60 a short-range lightweight infrared homing air-to-air missiles, and six OKB-16 B-8V20A rocket pods. The Su-34 shows its extended tail which houses an N012 rearward-facing warning radar, plus the drogue chute, as well as a fuel jettison outlet. In real life, the Su-34s spacious twin seat cockpit allows crews to enter through a ladder in the forward landing gear bay.
